Im indifferent whether I agree or disagree with American Exceptionalism. There is no clear definition of what it exactly is. I have for one never heard of American exceptionalism is. What it meant by it is mational pride and confidence in our nation. In the textbook, it says " We have the most dynamic and diverse people In the world. We have the most tolerant and generous young people we've met". I do not believe that the young people now are generous. Our society now is teaching our children that its okay to be selfish as long as you become your own person. I believe that we have the most diverse and dynamic cu lture. We have come along way i n te accepting people for who they are but not everything has come with it. I also don't agree in that statement that we young people are more tolerant, all they want is to be selfish living in the tech world. I understand we have the worlds most advanced military, the innovative entrepreneurs. B ut in order to have the best and most advanced it starts with our diets.
